They don't make 'em like they used to....

Ya know, I really am tired of modern-day, inferior products. Granted, there have been so many wonderful improvements in things over the years (computers, for one, hehe) but lately I've been really peeved about the sacrifice of quality in so many things for.... well for what? Money? Time? Space? Convenience? Looks?
It came frustratingly apparent again to me when I was pinning up some clothes on the line outside - I have 3 old, good wooden clothes pins left. The rest are newer either wood or plastic and they just don't make 'em like they used to. And I'm only 35! Clothes pins are just one thing, I'm sure you have your own list of things. Of all things to blog about, hehe. I'm really wanting to blog more, and as I was thinking this while I was pinning up clothes... well a natural progression, don't you think? I enjoy going to different blogs and seeing that they've written something new every day. I don't know if I can manage that, but I'd sure like to do more than I am. Hehe - hopefully I don't sacrifice quality for quantity!! Check out some of the blogs I read - there are some good ones!

You have SHEEP! I'll try not to covet...

I'm so glad you found me so I could find you. I'm enjoying your blog - nice to find someone else who enjoys The Hawk and the Dove and who spins!
