A New Masterpiece Recipe

I'm pretty excited and pleased with myself - I created a new great meal. It's my new favourite. One night I was careening around in the blog world and I saw a recipe for wraps - like tortilla things or flat bread... I love the stuff. I will 'wrap' nearly any food. A friend of mine went on a week long holiday and left me her prize and joy puppy to look after, as well as the perishable contents of her refridgerator. I haven't eaten many veggies for quite a while (for shame, I know - I'm in winter hybernation mode=too much carb rich foods). Well, I was craving a decent meal for a change, so I took the zuchinni and fresh mushrooms (is that how you spell zuchinni? Maybe zucchini...?), a bit of onion, garlic and some hamburger and cooked them all together in a pot with a bit of worchestershire sauce and (lol, another word to spell, let alone SAY) balsamic vinegar and Montreal Steak Spice (I LOVE THIS STUFF) and Voila! Heaven in a Wrap. The wrap recipe was incredibly easy - 2 cups of flour, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 1 cup of warm water and 1/8cup of oil. I just rolled it out on a very well floured counter to like paper-thin and then cooked it in my non-stick frying pan until bubbles rose up and then flipped it for about the same amount of time. Easy Peasy. OH I forgot - in the hamburger mixture, I put in some salsa - about 1/2 a cup or so. I am not much for measuring. I love to cook. I just don't like cooking just for me. I wish I had more people to cook for. I was so proud of my meal, I took some pictures, lol. It tasted too good, I forgot to take pictures of the finished product, though. I just ate it!

Above is the wrap, all rolled out

The wrap turned.
