Rubbermaid, eat your heart out

An Egg is so perfect. If you think about it (like I did this morning while washing them), the are the perfect little containers. Have you ever put one in the palm of your hand and tried to break it by squeezing? Betcha can't. But, just in case, do it outside. Just one egg is SO packed with nutrients. And there are so many ways to eat them - hard boiled, soft boiled, scrambled, fried (all different ways), raw (blech!), baked, boiled (have you tried stirring in an egg into soup - yum! Instant protein. And have you accidently forgotten to put one in a recipe? They are so important. Quiche... mmmm.... The contents of the yolk keep a baby chick alive for up to 72 hours before they need to eat 'outside' food. There you go - eggs, God's perfect food.

Heather, I'm laughing so hard at this post... you didn't tell everyone about how you broke that egg that one time when you were trying to prove this point to me. That was so funny!
