I was walking through the pasture checking sheep when I almost stepped on these little beauties: They're Horned Larks. We have them in abundance, but it is so neat how their mammas and pappa's camouflage the nests. You can see the little nest, sorta, just to the left of the white rock - tucked away on the bald old prairie. More evidence on how cool God is.
